In this complex world, the suffering is enormous. We try our best to help, but sometimes we grow discouraged. This workshop shares the poem that, for me, renews my practice.
For 19 years I have worked with this poem by Zen Master, Thich Nhat Hahn. It is at the heart of my Compassion Practice. For me, it is the essence of Truth. I have created an experiential workshop that allows this profound poem to enter the hearts of participants and open the doors to their compassion.
In this 4-hour workshop we will create an experiential sanga where the arts help us to realize deep mindfulness.
No prior experience with Zen or Meditation is required, yet experienced practitioners will find this workshop holds deep meaning and unfoldment.

Amulets and Talismans - uniting the will of earth to heaven.
The world is changing.
Learn the techniques for keeping the "Evil Eye" averted from your life, understand the difference between superstition and command.
Protect and empower yourself with will aligned with Spirit.
This workshop traces the use of amulets and talismans through ancient Jewish and Christian practices. Participants will enter into sacred trance to discover their pattern of making, and create their own personal amulet or Talisman.
