Walking the labyrinth -
I walk the path of a mystic Shamanka. and have since birth. I use ritual, herbs, charms, and sound to assist the healing of self, others, and the environment.
I have been a facilitator for the Women's Dream Quest at Grace Cathedral, and continue to lead workshops and day trips to labyrinths at Grace Cathedral and at Sibley Volcanic Park.
